Lately, I’ve been wondering why my weight has been inching up and up – so I started writing everything down that I eat. I realized in just my quick little lunch to Fazoli’s today, I ate over 1400 calories!!!
That is almost a whole day’s worth of calories if you are dieting. I’m mortified but I’m no longer mystified.
Bye, bye Fazoli’s. I love you, but not 1400 calories worth!

LOL…I totally know what you mean. I did Weight Watchers Online last year and lost 40 pounds. Once they educated me on the foods I was putting in my mouth and what was in them, I was mortified. No wonder I couldn’t get the weight off. Ignorance is not bliss when it come to keeping your weight in control.
Rachel – I’ve done WW too and I think it’s a great program. I need to bust out my points book and get back on track. It’s so easy to forget some of this stuff. Congrats on all that weight off – that’s an amazing accomplishment!!!

it is pretty shocking to see how many calories are in the food we eat. why do all those calories have to taste so effing great?!?
